EAGLE CHEATSHow to use Eagle in Honkai Impact 3rd
With Honkai Impact 3rd running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Valkyrie Health, SP Supply and Ultimate Charge. Use the menu for Ability Cooldowns, Enemy Health and Weapon Upgrade Materials and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn Valkyrie Health on or off without opening the menu. - F3 SP Supply

About the game
Honkai Impact 3rd is an anime action game about Valkyries fighting the Honkai. Missions blend character stories with fast combat, aerial combos, evades and powerful special attacks.
