With Lobotomy Corporation | Monster Management Simulation running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Unlimited Facility Energy, Instant Energy Collection and Employee Health Lock. Use the menu for Employee Sanity Lock, Employee Skill Boost and Abnormality Risk Overlay and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn Unlimited Facility Energy on or off without opening the menu. - F3 Instant Energy Collection
