With Total War: WARHAMMER II running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Treasury and Army Strength. Use the menu for Lord Skills, Campaign Map and Province Growth and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn Treasury on or off without opening the menu. - F3 Army Strength
Press F3 to turn Army Strength on or off without opening the menu. - Insert Lord Skills
Press Insert, find Lord Skills in the feature list, and switch it on or off. - Insert Campaign Map
