With Town to City running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Population Needs and Construction Resources. Use the menu for Building Placement, Game Speed and Map Camera and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

About the game
Town to City starts with a modest nineteenth-century Mediterranean settlement. Players lay out streets and homes, provide services and watch a small town grow into a city with its own character.
Buildings and decorations can be placed freely rather than locked to a rigid grid. Population needs, resources and expansion decisions influence how the settlement develops over time.
