With Age of History 3 running, press Insert to open the Eagle menu. The quick keys give direct access to Army Health and Diplomacy View. Use the menu for Treasury Editor, Recruitment Speed and Province Map and the remaining listed features; close it with Insert to return to the app.

Press F2 to turn Army Health on or off without opening the menu. - F3 Diplomacy View
Press F3 to turn Diplomacy View on or off without opening the menu. - Insert Treasury Editor
Press Insert, choose Treasury Editor, adjust its value or option, and apply. - Insert Recruitment Speed
Press Insert, choose Recruitment Speed, adjust the value, and apply. - Insert Province Map
Press Insert, find Province Map in the feature list, and switch it on or off.
