About the game

StarCraft II pits Terran, Zerg and Protoss forces against one another in a real-time strategy universe. Each race gathers resources, builds a base and develops armies with very different strengths.

Story campaigns, cooperative missions, Versus and the Arcade offer different ways to play. Winning a match depends on scouting, production, expansion timing and the use of specialized units, while the campaigns add objectives and upgrades beyond a standard battle.

Terran, Zerg and Protoss use different units, but every match depends on economy, production and scouting. The menu shows worker saturation, supply and build queues beside army composition and map vision. Campaign players can also inspect mission timers and upgrade progress.
